All prices are per room per night and include Bed & Full Scottish Breakfast and VAT at the current rate. Prices are based on two adults sharing a room. Children occupying a room with two adults (e.g. in a Deluxe Room), will be charged a supplement per child, per night as detailed below.

Weekend Stays
We operate a minimum 2 night stay policy for weekend bookings throughout the season, however we do occasionally have single night spaces, so if you are only looking for one night, please do still enquire.
Children's Rates
We're delighted to welcome children to The Old Mill Inn. We have one Deluxe Room which can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children in a Superking and Double Sofa Bed.
Children accommodated in their own room are charged at the adult rate.
Our children's rates for Bed & Breakfast are as follows:

Confirmation & Cancellation
We require credit or debit card details to secure your booking. No money is deducted from the card (unless advised at the time of booking, for instance for group or event bookings, longer stays etc.), however in the event of cancellation you must provide us with a minimum of 7 days notice in writing, otherwise the full charge for your stay will be deducted from your card. Non-arrivals will be also be charged the full amount for the stay. All bookings are subject to our standard terms of business.
Group Bookings
Group bookings are classed as bookings of 3 or more rooms. In order to confirm a group booking, we will request pre-payment of the first night’s stay at the time of making a reservation. All deposits are refundable provided cancellation notice period of 14 days is provided.
Longer Stays
If you’re planning to explore the area and stay with us for 4 or more nights, we require a deposit equal to the first night of your stay. Guests staying us for 4 nights or more are also required to provide 14 days notice of cancellation, allowing us the opportunity to re-sell the room. Provided this notice is provided, a full refund will be made for the deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
New Year Bookings
Bookings over New Year at The Old Mill Inn are required to stay for a minimum of 3 nights. There will be live music available over the course of the 3 days with our usual Hogmanay celebrations on 31st December.
In order to confirm a booking over New Year, we request the 1st night as a deposit for your booking with the remaining balance paid by 1st December. If you have to cancel your reservation, all monies are refundable if cancelled before 1st December, cancellations after this date are non-refundable. We recommend you purchase holiday cancellation insurance.
Please note that the minimum age for guests staying over the New Year Period is 18 years old.
Event Accommodation
At certain times of the year, Pitlochry becomes very busy, especially so over event dates such as Etape Caledonia, The Blair Castle International Horse Trials, Pitlochry Games etc. Over events such as these, we ask guests to contact Reservations directly for up to the minute prices and availability as we are unable to offer booking online.
