We have a fantastic team at The Old Mill Inn. Each member of staff plays a vital role in our business and as owners we work hard to hand pick the right people for each position. We have a mix of local and international staff from around the globe. Each team member has been recruited to provide exactly the right mix of characters, skill, humour and knowledgeability whilst at the same time providing exemplary customer service and that all important “extra mile” that makes our business stand out from the crowd. We strive to provide the best working environment for our team members – fun and hard work go hand in hand.
