We have a fantastic team at The Old Mill Inn – our super heroes. Each member of staff plays a vital role in our business and as owners we work hard to hand pick the right people for each position. We have a mix of local and international staff from around the globe. Each team member has been recruited to provide exactly the right mix of characters, skill, humour and knowledgeability whilst at the same time providing exemplary customer service and that all important “extra mile” that makes our business stand out from the crowd. We strive to provide the best working environment for our team members – fun and hard work go hand in hand. From behind the scenes, such as our housekeeping and kitchen roles, through to our floor & reservations management our team is tip top and it’s just like one big happy family and this resonates with our customers and guests, creating a relaxed and informal environment. We believe this is the reason that in a time when many bars and restaurant are reporting decline in takings, The Old Mill Inn continues to go from strength to strength.
